What this process can produce

Application examples, subject to project review.

Input: technical file in DXF, DWG, STEP or PDF.
Thickness, sheet dimensions and applicable tolerance defined in the review of each project.
Delivered as a flat part or integrated with bending, welding and coating.

Cut sheets formed into boxes, profiles, brackets and covers.

Individual parts joined into metal assemblies to the drawing.

Which file should I send?

Ideally a DXF or DWG with the geometry at 1:1 scale. A STEP or dimensioned PDF also works for the initial review.

Can I contract cutting only?

Yes. We deliver the cut components so your line continues the process, or we integrate bending, welding and coating in the same supply.

How is tolerance defined?

The applicable tolerance depends on material, thickness and geometry. It is confirmed during drawing review, not as a single value for all cases.
